Initial Consultation: This is a complimentary meeting that will give me a chance to introduce myself and go over my services and packages. I will also use this as an opportunity to understand what you are looking for and how I can help.
Ceremony-Only package $895
This package is for couples who would like someone on-site during the ceremony to help everything run smoothly. One planning meeting, rehearsal supervision, ceremony timeline, vendor management, direction of the processional and more are included in this package.
Day-Of Coordination package $1,795
This package is designed to ensure that everything is organized, on time and flawlessly executed on your wedding day. It is assurance that the bride, the groom, and their families will not have to worry about any details on their wedding day. This package includes full supervision of rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception, vendors and other day-of details. It also includes one planning meeting, vendor referrals, a detailed timeline, unlimited phone/email consultations and more.
Partial Full Service package $3,695
This package is for couples who want to do some of the planning themselves but still want the guidance of a wedding coordinator. It is also a good fit for couples who live out of town and need a local contact to help pull everything together. The services included in this package include: three planning meetings, a customized budget, monthly planning timelines, vendor recommendations, help scheduling vendor appointments and unlimited phone/email consultations. This package also includes all day-of coordination services and the rehearsal.

Full Service package $5,995
This package is perfect for couples that are busy, work full time or are planning their event from far away. This includes all of the wedding planning and event supervision, from beginning to end. Some of the services included in this package are: six planning sessions, including budget preparation, a monthly planning timeline, assistance finding a location, site visits, vendor recommendations, scheduling vendor appointments, attendance at vendor meetings, a creative preference outline and unlimited phone/email consultations. As the wedding approaches, Avanté Events will provide assistance with service providers, contract review, rehearsal coordination and detailed timeline of the wedding day. All day-of wedding supervision and details, as well as the rehearsal, are also included in this package.
Destination Package price upon request
This package includes everything listed in the Full Service package as well as coordination of two weekend events for guests and the rehearsal dinner. It also includes help with transportation arrangements and hotel reservations.
