Hello, my name is Cori Lassahn and I am the owner of Avanté Events. Thank you for visiting my website. Please call me if you are interested in learning more about Avante Events. I offer a variety of different packages and would love to meet with you and talk about what you want.
I have eight years of event planning experience. Before starting Avanté Events, my career covered both social and corporate event planning. I began creating and coordinating events at the Moraga Country Club in the Bay Area and then joined the successful event planning company, Pacific Agenda, in San Francisco where I honed my skills. There, I planned everything from sophisticated million dollar affairs in the City to intimate gatherings in the Napa Valley. I then went on to a career in marketing and public relations at Solem & Associates where, on behalf of my clients, I planned everything from strategic press conferences in City Hall to dynamic corporate galas. I have a degree in Communications from Saint Mary’s College of California and am a Central Coast native. I am married and currently live in Santa Barbara’s wine country. In my free time, I enjoy painting, surfing and hiking.
My philosophy on weddings: The wedding planning process should be an enjoyable and fun experience. By managing most of the details, I will allow the bride and groom time to focus more on each other and their approaching commitment. A wedding is the event that marks the beginning of a lifelong journey. It is my goal to help make your wedding the happiest day of your life. |
